The Vervain Collective's Farm and Forage Tea

Ingredients

  • 1–2 teaspoons Vervain Farm & Forage tea (or your own blend of dried nettle leaves, rose hips, basil, rosemary and sage)
  • 8 ounces boiling water

Instructions

Add the tea/herb blend to the boiling water. Let the mixture brew for 5–7 minutes, then strain it. Serve the tea hot or over ice.
