Elinor Addington Jannotta has been freelance writing for various businesses and non-profit organizations since she graduated from The Medill School of Journalism, many moons ago. She has worked in catering, taken classes at the Cordon Bleu in Chicago and been involved in marketing and menu development for numerous restaurants. She enjoys writing about the things she loves which include new restaurants, good food, the outdoors and recently added to the list, farmers and cowboys.
