Colleen Stewart

Most often found in the kitchen, Stewart finds time to write a few stories, take a few pictures, and work as the Digital Editor for Edible Hudson Valley and Edible Westchester. She also works as a Web Editor for Edible Idaho, Edible Queens, Edible Green Mountains, and Edible Capital District. And as a lifelong swimmer, she can probably hold her breath longer than you.
