Why We Love It: Dilly’s Pickled Veggies was founded by Shelly Craig in Midvale Idaho over 10 years ago. She took her grandmother’s fabulous pickles and turned them into a recipe for success. In 2016, Robin Hyde and Jessica Norris purchased Dilly’s with the hope of continuing Shelly’s legacy for making gourmet pickled products. They offer spicy pickled asparagus, mild pickled asparagus, spicy pickled beans, mild pickled beans, spicy pickled cucumbers, and partner with local growers to source their vegetables.
