Winemaker's Dinner with Chef Aaron Horsewood

Harvest is upon us and Williamson Orchards & Vineyards want to celebrate their bounty! They are working with local Chef Aaron Horsewood to design a delicious locally inspired meal that will feature Williamson wines. Horsewood is committed to sustainable practices and community support, and follows a philosophy that food celebrates life. Please join them for an intimate evening of great food, paired with great wine and conversation.
DINNER MENU
~ White Pine Salad ~
Hand plucked greens from Peaceful Belly greens tossed with huckleberry granola , shaved shallots, monte grilling cheese, candied bacon and vanilla basil vinaigrette.
~ Big Cab Potato ~
Idaho Russet Potatoes poached in a Williamson Cabernet smashed with Gorgonzola and twice smoked bacon.
~ Cellar Vegetables ~
Roasted heirloom carrots, baby squash and broccolini.
~ Chicken Saltimbocca ~
Vogel Farms chicken chop stuffed with wild mushroom duxell, house cured prosciutto Malbec spiked provolone topped with a Tuscan bone gravy.
~ 44º North Center Cut ~
44º North center cut strip steak topped with bacon gorgonzolla fritters and bone marrow gravy.
~ North France Chocolate Mousse ~
Peruvian style dark chocolate mousse set upon chocolate tulle spiked with a Syrah white chocolate truffle.
WINE SHOWCASE
Williamson Orchards & Vineyards has selected five stellar Williamson Vineyard wines to showcase at our Winemaker’s Dinner. Guests will get to enjoy five 2 oz. servings of their choice. Wine and food pairing suggestions will be provided at the dinner so that guests can personally tailor their dinning experience to maximize the dishes that Chef Aaron has created.

(This dinner will be the official release of the Malbec, Williamson’s newest wine varietal.)
