Nabe-mono: Japanese Comfort Food at Jacks Urban Meeting Place in Boise, Idaho.

Nabemono is a Japanese winter-time favorite that literally means, "things in a pot." It is meant to be served and enjoyed communally, so it's a perfect way to bring family and friends together with an easy, healthy, and delicious dinner. Nabemono is also an extremely versatile dish with countless additions and styles. Participants will learn how to prepare three styles - sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and kimchi nabu, working in rotations to try each one.

Beverages available for purchase. Ages 13 and up. Registration ends Tuesday, November 13th.

Date: November 15, 2018 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
