Italian Food and Wine at Boise Co-op Uncorked! Wine Bar
The Boise Co-op UnCorked! will be featuring wines from the Giovanni Rosso estate with delicious Italian food pairings. Take a wine tour from the Piedmont region in Italy to their Sicilian vineyards on the slopes of Mt. Etna. Giovannia Rosso is known for their Barolo wine, so we'll be tasting a few of those in the lineup. Annie Wallace from Vias Imports will be presenting the wine. And if the wine wasn't enough to be excited about, Boise Co-op Culinary Director Jin Yang and Executive Chef Chris Paquette will be pairing delicious Italian food with the wines to make this evening a true delight! This is a great opportunity to try some delicious Italian wines without committing to purchasing a bottle. The Boise Co-op will be offering 15% off the wines we feature in class that evening. 21+ only
UPDATE: The Boise Co-op has announced that Davide Rosso, the winemaker for the estate (and son of Giovanni Rosso), will be traveling from Italy for this class!
