Idaho Shakespeare Festival Educational Tour Launch Party in Garden City, Idaho.

Come celebrate and benefit Idaho Shakespeare Festival's educational programming and statewide tours! Gather at Cinder for food, wine, and entertainment. Family friendly. Experience a sneak peek of the two tour performances launching in Spring 2019: Idaho Theater for Youth's THE MAGICIAN'S NEPHEW and Shakespeare's AS YOU LIKE IT, as well as a live auction and chances to win cool stuff, like donated goodies, private tour performances, and more.

ISF has a robust and cherished educational program. In addition to School of Theater summer, spring and fall camps and classes, ISF launches two statewide tours each spring, cast with professional actors, a transportable set, and boasting a production value as high as the Festival's mainstage pieces. The two tours are Idaho Theater for Youth (ITY) and Shakespearience (SHX). The casts travel to schools and community centers all over Idaho, bringing the experience of live theater to thousands of children in rural and under-served communities, sometimes for the very first time. Tour performances are approximately 45 minutes in duration.

ITY and SHX are 90% philanthropically funded thanks to our generous donors. Join us to learn more about how you can help ISF fulfill its mission: to produce great theater, entertain, and EDUCATE!
