Hiroshimayaki 101 at Jack's Urban Meeting Place

Hiroshimayaki is a type of savory Japanese cabbage pancake. In this hands-on program, participants will learn how to create a perfectly layered hiroshimayaki fritter with eggs, cabbage, noodles, and garnished with a variety of specialty sauces and condiments. We'll then get to enjoy this shared meal together.

Recipes to take home and beverages available for purchase. Ages 12 and up. Registration ends Tuesday, February 19th.
