Gyoza: Japanese Dumplings at Jack's Urban Meeting Place

Participants will learn how to make gyoza, a Japanese dumpling filled with pork and veggies. During this hands on program we will learn how to fill, wrap, and cook the gyoza, as well as learn how to make the perfect dipping sauce. After cooking we'll get to eat these tasty dumplings. Ages 12 and up. Recipes to take home and beverages available for purchase. Registration ends Tuesday, March 26th. The program will begin with an introduction and demonstration followed by the hands-on segment where participants get to cook their own gyoza. After cooking, participants will be able to sit down and eat. Please bring valid ID for beer/wine purchases.
