First Thursday in Downtown Boise

First Thursday takes place on the first Thursday of each month, throughout Downtown Boise. The event takes place from 5:00-9:00 pm and focuses on providing downtown visitors the chance to stroll through the unique shops and galleries in downtown, while enjoying in-store entertainment and special events. The DBA provides a printable special event map & schedule special event map & schedule for the evening, in addition to searching the events below. Note, some businesses may appear in more than one category.

These might be artist receptions, galleries, new works, art shows, classes, etc... Dine events feature a First Thursday special dining option or event. These might be pairings, menu samples, First Thursday guest specials, etc... Music events feature live music. Shop events feature First Thursday specific shopping specials. These might be special night offers, promotions, unique sales, clothing/trunk shows, locally made products, etc... Tasting events feature wine/beer tastings. These might be pairings, local winery/brewery nights, new product samples, flights/tastings, etc...
