Cosentino Wine Dinner
Happy New Year! With the holidays past us we are embarking on our third wine dinner of the season. DISH has partnered with Cosentino Winery from Napa Valley to bring you this event. We will be presenting wines primarily from their Lodi Vineyards. The event will be Saturday January 19th featuring a fantastic menu and wines available for purchase at the event. 2016 THE Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Lodi California
Butter poached shrimp, basil coconut broth, scallion rice cake, chili threads, micro cilantro.
2016 THE Chard, Chardonnay, Lodi California
Roasted chicken and braised mushroom bisque with crispy quinoa, pancetta, sunflower seeds and sage oil.
2016 THE DARK, Red Blend, Lodi California
Crispy roast pork belly, white cheddar grits, red wine reduction, citrus pistachio relish.
2017 CigarZin, Zinfandel, Lodi California
Balsamic and rosemary lamb t-bone with cabernet shiitake mushrooms, zucchini cake, roasted shallot and herb demi.
2016 Cigar Cabernet Sauvignon, California
Dark chocolate mousse and chantilly cream with brownie “sprinkles” and caramel.
Please note, doors OPEN at 6:00pm, so if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
