Barbarian Brewing 1st Friday Beer Release

First Friday of March!

Crisp will be out front serving up hot noodle bowls from 5pm-8:30pm and Barbarian is releasing THREE new beers: I AM GRUIT VOL. 4, NEO WOLF 007 and BETA WOLF 7.0.

I M GRUIT vol.4: Botanical ale made with a variety of herbs and flowers instead of hops. V.4 was made with butterfly pea flower, orange blossoms, mango and vanilla and is a purple color.

NEO WOLF 007: West Coast (piney, more bitter) IPA made with Mecca Grade Estate Malt, Strata, Chinook, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops and Idaho 7 hop hash.
ABV: 7.5%

BETA WOLF 7.0: Seventh in the Sour IPA series. Made with papaya, guava and passion fruit plus Bru-1, Moutere, El Dorado (plus hash) and Citra hops.
ABV: 7%
IBUs: 30
